The editing and deletion functionality refers to the original form layout and questions. See the video at the bottom of the article for a visual aid.
Click on "All Forms" to view improvements to Forms:
All creation and editing of form/plan templates have been condensed into the "All Forms" section. This applies to "Customer Plans/Forms" and "Carer Plans/Forms" For this example, "Client Plans/Forms" will be used:
Creation of questions, forms and plans are all contained within this dropdown. For more information on creating questions, forms or plans please see the following article: Building Plans
When the dropdown appears after clicking on "Customer Plans/Forms", click "View Customer Forms":
A table of existing client forms is presented. Note on the right-hand side, that new options can be utilised on each form. For Form "Ashley testing table", click "Delete Form":
An option to delete the form from your system appears. Clicking "OK" will remove it.
The next option is editing the form title and risk level. Upon clicking "Edit Form", it is notable that the title can be altered. However, changing the title will result in the new edit propagating to completed forms for clients across the system. Different risk levels can also be placed on forms and the system uses the RAG system for reporting the risk level. Once changes are complete, click "Edit and Save":
Next up, is editing questions within the form. This allows users to change the wording of questions, deletions of questions and even the ability to add more questions to a form. Click "Edit Form Question"
A table of questions from the form is presented along with options for each one. First, let's edit the question. Click on "Edit" for the first question.
The text of the question can be edited here - note that edits to the questions will propagate to any clients who have had this form added. Once complete, click "Edit and Save".
The question title has now been edited. The next option available is to delete a question. Click on "Delete":
A prompt to delete the question appears. Pressing "Delete for this form only" will remove the question from the current form that is being edited. Pressing "Delete across all forms" will delete the question from any form that this question appears on.
The final option here is to add a question to the form. Note the upwardly pointing arrow on the "Add" button. This is to represent that any new question will be entered above the chosen question. Click "Add" to add a new question
A table of all created questions is presented. Identify the question you would like to add, click on it and at the bottom of the table click "Add and Save". This will add the selected question to the form.
The question has now been added at the top of the table and will appear as ordered on the form.
Moving back to the form table page, take a look at the last option which is to view the form. Click on "View Form" to see the layout of the form.
Use this option to ensure the form has the correct layout.
