UPDATE: The Clock in Status report now allows an admin to make changes to double ups without impacting the double up relationship between events e.g.
On the clock in report below, the two events displayed are double ups:
Using the Swap Option for one of these events shows the following prompt:
The prompt shows the normal swap carer options at this point but when changing times it now gives the admin the option of changing the times for all double up events and not just the one event selected e.g.
1. In the screenshot above, this allows admins the ability to change the time of the event selected.
2. There is now an option to be able to change the time of the linked double up event(s) also. If both times are left to be the same, the double up linkage between the events will be retained. However, if the time is different on one and not the other(s) that different event will become a single event not part of the double up relationship. A note is displayed reminding admins of this when making any changes at this point.
