The One Touch Medication Interface has undergone several enhancements as of September 19th 2023. More information on these changes are detailed below.
1. Client Profile - Medication Menu
Previously, the Medication Menu was accessible completely from the left hand navigational menu of a given client profile. This has now been updated to bring the user to a separate page where all medication related pages can be viewed:
Note that a new page appears displaying the options which used to be in the collapsible medication menu on the left hand navigational menu of the client profile as well as additional location wide medication reports. For more information on each of these options, see below:
1. EMAR - This refers to what was previously known as the "Medication Tracker" on the system. This will now be known as the EMAR. For more information on this section, click here
2. Medication List - This is the section where medication items are first added to a given client. For further information on this click here
3. Medication Cabinet - This is the section that is used for medication stock replenishment and deductions. For more information on this click here
4. Client Medication History Report -This will bring the user to a client specific medication history report. For more information on this click here
5. EMAR Audit History - This will bring the user to a client specific report of completed EMAR audits.

6. EMAR Audit Review Report -This is a location wide report not specific to a given client. It will show any clients that are missing a EMAR audit report For more information on this click here
7. Medication Review Date Report - This is a location wide report that will show any medication events due for review - For more information on this click here
8. Mandatory Skip Medication Report - This is a location wide report which will display all medication events for which the staff utilised the skip option to clock out rather than update the medication event directly. For more information on this click here
